Welcome to our Software Version End-of-Life (EOL) Information Page. Understanding the security implications of software lifecycle is crucial, and we aim to make this information as accessible as possible.
This page details the EOL dates for all our software versions. While the content is technical, the primary takeaway is simple: updating to the latest version of our software ensures continued functionality and enhanced security. There is no need to worry about your systems ceasing to function; an update is all that is required.
Please note that the following sections are technically detailed and intended for those who wish to understand the specific aspects of our software’s lifecycle. If you find the information overwhelming or if you have any questions about upgrading your system, we encourage you to contact your dealer for assistance.
Our commitment is to provide you with comprehensive support and clear information to help maintain and enhance your system’s performance and security.

For updating, please contact your dealer. Depending on the current version installed on a Velos system, multiple updates may be required to upgrade to the latest version. To save time in the update process please update the Velos system to the latest version first before updating the firmware of the V-Packs.
Please be aware that even after updating to the latest version, the yellow banner in the Velos user interface prompting you to update might still be visible for a short period. This banner will disappear once our central server receives the updated version information, which is transmitted at 30-minute intervals.
