Iowa Pork Congress

The Iowa pork industry employs nearly 40,000 people and ranks No. 1 in pork production in the U.S. The Iowa Pork Congress is North America’s largest winter swine trade show and conference and is held yearly in the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines. It features seminars, a keynote address each day, training sessions, social events and youth activities. The trade show includes more than 300 exhibitors from around the world. Last year’s edition was visited by 5,000 attendees.
